Our Order Process
We've made it as simple as possible, whilst trying to always ensure you get the workbench you want!
Here's how it works:
- When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.
- We then review each order separately to ensure that it is feasible. We will send you a second email to let you know your order is accepted. At this point we will propose a scheduled delivery date.
- At this point you can make changes to your delivery date if you wish to.
All of our workbenches are build to your custom specification. If you wish to cancel your order you should do so within 24 hours of ordering - at this point we will be able to refund you 100%.
If 24 hours have already passed and you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using hello@probench.co.uk - if we are able to refund you we will.
To keep it simple, all of the prices you see listed across our website include VAT.
Orders placed via our online store can only be shipped to mainland United Kingdom. The cost of shipping is included in your order. For orders outside mainland UK please contact us using our form.
